The LuAnn's Creations Event Center is conveniently located in a beautiful, safe complex behind North Central Electric Company in Olive Branch Ms.
It is a unique 1500 square-foot Intimate Event Venue that comfortably hosts up to 80 people (See price list below).
We welcome you to book the venue only with a blank Canvas, make it your own, or ask us about our Professional/ Certified in-house Event Designers!!

* Setup and breakdown (venue only) are included in the hours you select. We allow a 30-minute grace for setup and a 30-minute grace for breaking down.
* Black or white linens are supplied for 60-inch round tables only!
*Your choice or black or white professional draping is provided for no additional cost (back of the room only).
Standard Venue- only rentals include 50 white Chiavari chairs, (6) 60-inch round tables and (2) 6ft long tables. Additional tables for food, gifts, D.J. or etc... are available for rent.
The following price list is for seating over 50 people. Pricing is additional on top of your standard venue rate and includes extra Chiavari chairs, tables, linens, and delivery for layouts for 60 or 70 guests.

*Prices for decorations are additional and determined by consultation
*An additional $250(refundable) incidental fee is required on top of all rates.
*$250 deposit is the minimum required deposit for booking for venue-only rentals.
*Payment Installments are available for events more than 30 days away
* Installments do not exceed 60 days
*Taxes will be calculated in totals
*All payments are due no
more than 2 weeks prior to your event date
*A photo ID of payee/ person on the rental agreement is required. (Prior to your venue visit)
*ZELLE is the preferred payment method
Cancellation Policy
All payments after booking are non-refundable but are transferrable to another date up to 6 months from your cancellation date once balance is paid in full.
