The LuAnn's Creations Event Center is conveniently located in a beautiful, safe complex behind North Central Electric Company in Olive Branch Ms.

 It is a unique 1500 square-foot Intimate Event Venue that comfortably hosts up to 80 people (See price list below). 


We welcome you to book the venue only with a blank Canvas, make it your own, or ask us about our Professional/ Certified in-house Event Designers!!

There is no kitchen/kitchenette in the venue.


2024 Venue Building Only Price List & Policies

Monday-Thursday -$400 (6-hour access)

or $75/hour (3 hour minimum)

Friday-$600 plus tax(6pm-12am)

Saturday-$125 plus tax/ hour (4 hour minimum) 

ALL DAY RENTAL

 $1,200 plus tax

(10am-10pm) 

$1,500 plus tax

 (12pm-12am)

Sunday-$700 plus tax (6-hour access)


*Standard rates are from 10am-10pm Mon-Thursday, and Sunday.

$200/hr. after 10pm until 2am

* Setup and breakdown (venue only) are included in the hours you select. We allow a 30-minute grace for setup and a 30-minute grace for breaking down.

* Black or white linens are supplied for 60-inch round tables only!

*Your choice or black or white professional draping is provided for no additional cost (back of the room only). 

Standard Venue- only rentals include 50 white Chiavari chairs, (6) 60-inch round tables, (2) 6ft long tables and (1) 5ft long table for gifts.

Additional tables for additional food, gifts, D.J. or etc... are available for rent. 

The following price list is for seating over 50 people. Pricing is additional on top of your standard venue rate and includes extra Chiavari chairs, tables, linens, (1) additional 5ft table for 60-person layout, (2) 5ft tables for 70–80-person layout, your choice of round table (60 inch and 30-inch table combination) or (60-inch round and 8ft long table combination), and delivery.

60-person layout- +$220

*Prices for decorations for adult parties and social gatherings start at $2,000 and are subject to increase based on the requested design

*Prices for kid parties start at $1,200 and are subject to increase based on the requested design.

*An additional $250(refundable) incidental fee is required on top of all rates. 

*$250 deposit is the minimum required deposit for booking for venue-only rentals.


*Payment Installments are available for events more than 30 days away 

* Installments do not exceed 60 days

*Taxes will be calculated in totals

*All payments are due no
more than 2 weeks prior to your event date 

*A photo ID of payee/ person on the rental agreement is required. (Prior to your venue visit)

*ZELLE is the preferred payment method 


Cancellation Policy
All payments after booking are non-refundable but are transferrable to another date up to 6 months from your cancellation date once balance is paid in full.

Additional Chivari chairs only for your venue-only rental (Adult size) -$10/each (5 chair minimum/max 20 additional)
